Building places that move communities forward.

A full community campus bringing housing, athletics, performance, media, and shared space together.
A connected campus
The restructured campus plan responds to community input and the existing neighborhood pattern. It reconnects streets, introduces new homes, and reimagines the former school and field as a year-round sports and community destination.
The concept creates approximately 30 new single-family homes while positioning the sports complex as an anchor for training, media, recreation, events, and youth opportunity.
Campus master plan
Housing lines the reconnected street grid while the sports complex, parking, community center, and support uses form a distinct but connected destination.

Housing options
Every home is planned with at least three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, with a mix of single-story and two-story living.
